Orders are shipped to the continental US via USPS ground or priority. Rates calculated based on shipping address, size and weight of package. It takes 1-2 business days to process your order and items are usually shipped between 5 and 7 days, with the exception of our wallpaper and fabric. They generally ship within 2 weeks. Orders involving custom artwork usually takes between 2-4 weeks. Our dresses are made in very small quantities so sometimes it can take a week to make your dress if we don’t have your size in stock.
Products may be returned for a refund within 14 days if they are received damaged or if there is a defect that we missed. Additionally, unworn clothing may be returned within 14 days, for a refund or exchange. Wallpaper and fabric by the yard, is NOT returnable, unless it is defective. We encourage you to order a sample first to ensure that the color works for you. Custom orders are not returnable.
